Swine Flu! Swine Flu! 15 Steps.

The “swine flu” is always around us – every second of every day. It is in a constant state of change and it is impossible to pinpoint it precisely. All talk of developing a vaccine is childish and potentially harmful. I will resist every effort to get a vaccination.
You can prevent the swine flu just like you prevent every other disease.
- You need to eat well (and that’s a book unto itself – but organic is still a good part).
- Drink plenty of clean water.
- Take a good probiotic.
- Exercise moderately.
- Get plenty of rest/sleep.
- Avoid all simple carbohydrates.
- Don’t consume any artificial sweeteners (consume NOTHING that contains sucralose), colors, or taste enhancers (MSG, for example).
- Get enough sunshine.
- Take a quality fish oil and other antioxidants – AND added vitamin D.
- Don’t take drugs – especially the ones that lower cholesterol.
- Stay clean and wash your hands with soap when they get dirty, but don’t freak out and slather hand sanitizers on your skin every few minutes.
- Also, avoid anti-bacterial soaps and detergents. Just use SOAP.
- Don’t use any cleansing product that contains sodium laurel sulfate (it’s in most toothpaste).
- Shift your attitude AWAY from fear and anxiety and TOWARDS love, freedom, relaxation, and serenity.
- Pray regularly and meditate as often as you can.
Why make it more difficult than it already is? Follow these steps to avoid sickness in general, not just some piggy flu.
