- My son takes probiotics every morning, and after reading this article on TheCompounder.com, I’m pretty sure I’m completely freaked out about sucralose now. It’s in EVERYTHING. Especially his children’s motrin.

- I know it is acceptable to request an ultrasound between 10 and 13 weeks if you are fearful of Down syndrome. Your insurance might not pay for it if it isn’t recommended by the Dr, but hell, you can get anything done if you flash some green. DONT BE GROSS PEOPLE!

• Open Question: Pregnant with twins but its too early to determine whether they are identical or not or the gender?

- We were told last week that there is always a 10% chance that our twins will be identical. Which confuses me because I thought if they were different sexes they can’t be identical?

You have to admit, life is never as complicated as it would be without the internet.

Now that you know you can find pretty much ANYTHING related to ANYTHING within a few seconds, it’s difficult to imagine a life without senor google. The only real hangup is the amount of information thrown at you in 0.036 seconds from a simple google search.

You have to know how to use your own “crap filter” and use it quickly before you open up 17 new tabs in firefox or chrome and all of them are selling “preggie pops” and asking for your social security number to sign you up for FREE SCHTUFF!

Not that I haven’t done that already, but I’m getting better at focusing my searches on the content of sites that seem reputable and aren’t automated robot websites that just copy text and tags and arrange them into a non-sensical database of random words and keywords that bring it traffic to collect pennies per click on the google adsense on the page.

I know, that’s a great idea that you will one day use to make millions of pennies, but that’s not what this post is about.

I am going to give you a few great starting points for searching for information about having twins, besides my site of course! I have found these sites through hours and hours of dedicated “I HAVE NO IDEA WHAT THE HELL TO DO WITH MYSELF NOW THAT I KNOW I’M HAVING TWINS” searches.

The first site  is TWIN PREGNANCY AND BEYOND! @ http://www.twin-pregnancy-and-beyond.com/

I found this site and immediatly signed up as a member because the number one thing I’ve read about being a parent to twins is to ALWAYS pick the brains of people who have had twins. And what better way to find parents of twins than on a members only twins website?!

The other site that I’m passing on today is from About.com.

About is one of those sites that ALWAYS has information about stuff I need to know. For example, whenever I am stuck in a video game and can’t beat a certain level? ABOUT.com.
